As we expand into Athens, we’re looking for a psychiatrist who wants to stay at the front edge of science while building lasting relationships with the patients who need it most.
The Opportunity
High-touch, patient-centered model focused on meaningful clinical outcomes for treatment-resistant depression and related conditions
Cutting-edge interventional treatments — TMS, Spravato, ketamine, and other advanced modalities — at the forefront of psychiatric care
Thoughtful creation and management of personalized treatment plans for new and established patients
Partner closely with a dedicated Office Manager and clinical team, so your energy goes to patient care, not administrative overhead
No nights, weekends, or call — exceptional work-life balance
Competitive base salary ($300K) plus bonus based on net collections
20 days of PTO, 11 company holidays

What You’ll Do
Conduct thorough consultations and evaluations for patients with treatment-resistant conditions
Develop and adjust evidence-based, personalized treatment plans based on patient response
Perform interventional psychiatric procedures with precision and care
Move efficiently between treatment rooms to maintain quality and patient flow
Provide clinical guidance and mentorship to Medical Assistants and Advanced EMTs
Contribute meaningfully to a collaborative, growing practice culture

Qualifications
MD or DO, board-certified or board-eligible in Psychiatry
Georgia license (or ability to obtain)
Interest in interventional psychiatry (prior experience not required)
Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
